Joe C. Truett
Joe Truett received his Ph.D. in wildlife biology from the University of Arizona; for the past twenty-five years he has done research on the ecological effects of human actions. Coauthor of Land of Bears and Honey, which won the Texas Literary Festival Award for Nonfiction and the annual publication award from the Texas chapter of the Wildlife Society, he is president of Truett Research in Glenwood, New Mexico.
